Taking over of flat in city centre from 01 Feb 25

Hello,
Currently looking for someone to take over a two bed two bath in Leeds City Centre from 01 Feb 2025 to 31 May 2025 with a possibility of extension as current tenants are moving out due to job purposes. The flat tenancy will be legally handed over to new tenant(s) through a verified process from the management. There is a minimum salary requirement, if not met (or if a student) will be asked to provide guarantor details.
It is new set of apartments right opposite to Leeds Bus Station making it very convenient for commute in an out of the city. Easy access to the Leeds City Centre with many attractions for food, shopping, night outs etc. There is a Sainsburys just in front of the apartments with a small convenience store at a distance of a few minutes. Currently parking for the apartments is full but can be added to the waiting list. If given parking later during the tenancy, it will be at an extra cost.
The apartment itself comes with full time security and reception with many communal and work spaces and a gym.
