Short/Long term let available

Hello All,

I have a short/long-term let available in my fully furnished 2BHK apartment from 01 January 2026 onwards.

The rent is inclusive of all bills.
On average, the total stays around £650 per month, depending on responsible usage of electricity and water (maximum up to £685).

I’m looking for a like-minded, clean, and tidy housemate — someone friendly who enjoys occasional chats, while still respecting each other’s privacy and personal space.

(Just opposite Leeds Bus Station — very convenient for transport and city access)
