Looking for a flatmate for a 2 bedroom flat!

I’m looking for a flatmate to move in with me to my current flat 🌸

My boyfriend and I broke up recently and we can’t get out of our contract early - sooo I need a girlie to replace him & takeover the tenancy! The current lease ends on August 5th but we would have the option to renew the tenancy for another year if we wanted to☺️

About me:

I’m 26 and work as a mechanical design engineer in town and go into the office 4 days a week (sometimes 5).

I love being out the house and trying new restaurants / cafes or different hobbies! I also love binge-watching TV series and reading books. I also play volleyball so I’m out the house at least 2 evenings during the week so you’d have the flat to yourself.

I love having a chat every now and then so I would like to live with someone also looking to be friends with their flatmate - but I also do like my alone time and would respect my flatmates’ also.

I’m quite tidy and clean and would like someone who would also be respectful of that and keep the shared spaces tidy and clean.

About the flat:

I’ve been living in the flat for the past 2 years and haven’t considered moving out once! It’s a 2 bed 1 bath flat and has got a cute little balcony facing the courtyard area.
Haven’t had any issues with the letting agents / management of the property. They’re really good!

The flat also has a washing machine, dryer and dishwasher. (Also I got a kettle, toaster, microwave, air-fryer & pod type coffee machine already in the kitchen which I’m happy to share!)

With bills, the monthly expenses come to about £670 a month.

Breakdown of it all below:
Rent - £975
Wifi - £38
Council tax - £171
Electricity - £115
Water - £36

So that’s £180 per person per month for bills and £487.5 for the rent.
TV license is already paid till August.
