University room to rent. In a flat share in Clarence Dock Village, Leeds. Great place to stay in a young and joyful environment of people helping each other get through Uni while becoming close friends. You get one room and a toilet but the kitchen is shared. It isn’t a problem though as most people are respectful and considerate. The place is well maintained with an on site team. The accommodation block includes a gym, a common room to hang out, a place to wash your clothes and a bike shed. It is also in a great part of the city along the river with beautiful scenery. About a 5-10 min walk from the centre of the city. The only reason I am leaving is due to unfortunate family circumstances. If you wish you’d have tried moving out maybe you should give it a go until the end of the academic year! It’ll be great for whoever takes my place.
