Looking for a friendly and social flatmate to take over my ensuite room contract (until 30th June 2025), with the option to extend the contract.

The room is bright and well-lit. It has a comfortable king size bed with storage, a study table and chair, two coffee tables, a big cupboard, and a heater. The ensuite bathroom is spacious, with a towel radiator, Shaver socket, bidet sprayer, big mirror, and plenty of room for your products.

You'll be sharing a 4-room flat with great flatmates—two professionals and one student—who are all super welcoming and love keeping the space clean and tidy. We enjoy exploring Leeds and celebrating special occasions together but also respect each other's space. The flat itself is on the 2nd floor and comes fully furnished, with a spacious kitchen equipped with a microwave, oven, dishwasher, and washing machine. Utilities are covered by the UniHomes package, which is just £100 per person per month for unlimited use.
