Double en-suite available in a large apartment in Leeds city center, 2 minute walk from the train station.

It is part furnished and comes with a large wardrobe, a bed, bedside table and a large chest of drawers

Current household consists of 2 gentlemen, both very easy to get along with.

I’m having to move out as I’m relocating to London in the new year.

Rent is paid in full up to the 27th December, earlier move in dates considered if you’re available to do so!

Minimum tenancy would be for 6 months and there would be a £60 additional charge for changing the name on the tenancy but I’d be happy to contribute.

The room comes with its own back door leading out to a porch with access to the bins and a back gate to the Main Street.
