The current contract has 4 months left, but this can be extended with the agent if you so desire. The rent is £475 per month and this includes utilities (Gas, electricity, water), broadband, TV license and council tax. It’s great value for money and I’ve found that after living here for almost 2 years the distance to town is amazing for the money too.

The current housemates are a lovely bunch, and make the house a home! The countless times I’ve had a laugh and come down to the kitchen to some really nice conversations is countless.

This listing is open to professionals and students alike, but you’ll find that because everyone in the house works full time you will find that it is a quiet environment.
