I’m looking for someone to move into the double room in 2-bedroom apartment.

The room is available for 6 months, but it can be extended.

10-minute walk to Leeds Train Station

5-minute walk to Trinity

10-minute walk to Leeds Bus Station

The flat is modern and lovely.

You will have your own private bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet.

Rent does not include bills, which will be shared between two people.

I am looking for a clean, tidy, and friendly female flatmate.

I work Monday to Friday, so weekdays are usually quiet for me.
