Double bedroom in City Centre 2 bed flat

Looking for a new flatmate to join me in a lovely two bedroom, city centre flat. My current flatmate is moving down south for a job, her room will be available from 1st of March.

The room available has a double bed and its own bathroom, outside of the room. It’s £750 all in, including all bills and council tax.

The flat is in Skyline Apartments, right in the city centre, opposite John Lewis and the Bus station, right next to The Playhouse, Wardrobe and Leeds Conservatoire. It’s the perfect location if you’re working in the city centre. We have a big balcony that we sometimes have gatherings on, and it’s got a lovely view of the city at night. The flat gets a lot of light and is really homely, as it was previously the landlord’s own home so he decorated it nicely.

The flat has a large shared living room and a nice kitchen. It’s a very homely, warm and comfortable flat to live in. I’m hesitant to move out anytime soon as it’s a real gem and the landlord is super easy to get along with.

I’m preferably looking for another young professional who’s sociable and willing to have a beer or two on the weekend.

The landlord has expressed a preference for non-smoking, working professional or post-graduate, with no pets. Minimum tenancy is 6-12 months.

About me:

-I work in creative events, so i’m out and about quite a lot at music and art events around Leeds/Manchester/London
-I DJ in some nice bars in Leeds most weekends and i’m into music, fashion, arts and culture
-I’m a very clean person and like to keep the flat tidy
-I sometimes have friends over for drinks/catchups in the living room, so would like a flatmate who is up for socialising too
-I’m busy during the week because of work and gym but always about on weekends for a pint and a laugh
