I’m looking for 1 female professional (must be in full time work) to join me in my 2 bed 2 bath flat in the LS98 area (near the royal armouries) literally a 5-10 min walk into city centre. The flat is fully furnished (with my little homey touches added). You’ll have the main bathroom to yourself.

The flat is £520 pcm and bills have been around £170/200(water, electricity, WiFi, tv license, house insurance, council tax). Deposit is £563.

A bit about me: I’m 25 and work 8:30-5 at the magistrates Court in town and I occasionally work from home. I do like the occasional night out but also love a cosy night in, love reading, travelling. Overall, I’m looking for someone tidy and chill who I can be friends with aswell as roommates 🫶🏻
