Fully furnished double room in a two-bed duplex flat in Leeds City Centre, about 10 minutes from the bus station and Leeds Playhouse.

The room has a new double bed and mattress, a wardrobe, a desk and chair, plus a chest of drawers and some shelving.

The flat has two shared bathrooms, one on each floor, and an open plan kitchen and living room.

There's a large communal garden and a gym on site, which you can access for free. There is also on-site parking but a parking permit is not included.

All bills, including broadband and council tax, are included.

A BIT ABOUT ME

I'm a hybrid worker so I split my time equally working from home and from the office. My interests include running, the theatre, football, fashion and the odd trip to the pub (if you're interested!).

I have an indoor cat so whoever moves in must be comfortable sharing their space with a pet.
