Female only house near city centre

1 room available in the house, move in date end of november/start of December. It’s about 10/15 minute walk into the city centre. It's located near a park on a cute cobbled street. It's a big house with a nice kitchen/lounge area and a nice garden with a fire and bean bags. The room available is the biggest in the house. It has a wardrobe, desk, double bed, and chest of drawers. Loads of space. House currently has 3 girls, everyone’s lovely and get on well. It’s a very clean house so looking for someone who can maintain this. All bills inc council tax included. Viewings available whenever.

There is a parking permits available if you need it.

I am 22, new to Leeds and easy going. I work in marketing/graphic design so will be frequently wfh or going to coffee shops. I am very sporty and will be going to lots of new clubs in Leeds, so would love a flatmate who may also want to join! No pets currently, but we aren’t against a cute dog!
