Female only house near city centre

1 room available in the house for a short term lease, move in dates start of January till end of Feb/beginning of March, with the possibility to extend. It’s about 10/15 minute walk into the city centre. It's located near 2 parks on a cute quiet street. It's a big house with a nice kitchen/lounge area and a nice garden with a fire and bean bags. The room available is a double room, but due to its size (still comfortable) and the fact we are looking for a short term let, we have considerably reduced the rent. It has a built in wardrobe, double bed, and chest of drawers. Washer, dryer and all kitchen appliances available. House currently has 3 girls, everyone’s lovely and gets on well. It’s a very clean house so looking for someone who can maintain this. All bills inc council tax included. Viewings available whenever.

There is a parking permits available if you need it.

Our flatmate decided to move in with her boyfriend last minute, so we are looking for 1 girl to join our house of 3 girls, all working professionals and sociable. Another larger room will be available from end of Feb, so there is the possibility to extend the contract. We want someone who we can be friends with not just flatmates. We want to make it into a cute girls house where we do movie nights/cook together etc but we all also appreciate our own time.

I am 23, newish to Leeds and easy going. I work in marketing/graphic design so will be frequently wfh or going to coffee shops. I am very sporty and will be going to lots of new clubs in Leeds, so would love a flatmate who may also want to join! No pets currently, but we aren’t against a cute dog!
