City Centre Double Room with Bathroom

Hi,

I am a tenant here and my current flatmate is moving out in early May. The room has a desk and wardrobe and has it's own large bathroom. The shared living room and kitchen area is large and spacious and has a dishwasher. The location is excellent, being a 10 minute walk from everything you possibly need, and a 12 minute walk to the train station.

Here's a bit about me and what I'm looking for. I'm a 25 year old male working a 9-5 (I work from home a couple of days a week). I'm very social, but relaxed and mature. I like quiet evenings in cooking, watching TV, and I also like keeping active by going climbing, or going for a run/cycle. I enjoy a couple of pints or a meal in a pub at the weekend, but I don't go 'out out'! I'm also quite tidy and clean and always like keeping my room and shared parts of a house/flat presentable and clean, so I'd be looking for someone who is the same.
