Lovely room overlooking the canal

Looking for a flat mate to move in sometime late July (potential for it to be sooner)

The flat features floor to ceiling windows overlooking the canal which is very relaxing. Features a great living and kitchen area. The double room has a large bathroom across the hallway which will be all yours. Parking space is available too at no extra cost.

Utilities would be split equally (roughly £170-180 a month)

I’m really looking for someone I can be mates with as well as being flat mates. I get on with everyone and will happily live with either a guy or a gal. I’m very relaxed and chilled and always down for a chinwag. I work in the city centre but I work from home generally 2 days a week.
