Our Standard Studios are designed to give you privacy, whilst giving you all the necessary amenities to live your best student life. They are located on the first floor.

Each studio is a spacious 20-21 square metres in size, is fitted with acoustic flooring to keep things quiet, and includes: a compact double bed and mattress, large LCD smart TV, a wardrobe and plenty of storage space, study desk & chair, kitchenette and ensuite shower room. Your kitchenette is fitted with a fridge with freezer shelf, 2-ring hob, microwave-oven and lots of cupboard space to store your things.

Our studios are ideal if you like to have your own space, kept just the way you like it. You can still use all of our common spaces & attend our events so making friends won’t be a problem, you get the best of both worlds.
