Double room in 2 bed flat opposite the Docks

My flat mate is sadly moving back home in September so l'm looking for someone to move in to the double room in this 2 bed flat opposite the docks from 13 September.

A bit about the flat:
- The room is has a double bed, built in wardrobe, dressers and views down the canal.
- 500 rent (+ £180 bills inc council tax, energy and wifi). Water is included in the rent.
- Located across the bridge from the docks, 15 min walk to the train station and city centre
- Weekday and overnight security/ concierge and a private building garden
- The flat has a shared bathroom, a balcony with great views, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dish washer.
- The tenancy ends in April 2026 with option to renew

A bit about me:
I’m 26, I work in law and am in the office most weekdays. I’m clean and respectful, and have a mix of chilled nights in and occasional drinks/ night out. I enjoy running and hiking, exploring new places/ cafes, live music, cooking and arts and crafts.
