City centre house with rooftop terrace

4 bedroom house, you would have the choice of 3 rooms. 2 bathrooms both with showers and 1 with a bath. You’d be living with my brother Scott who works away mon - fri so you’d have the house to yourself for 5 days a week. 2 rooms are large doubles with 1 a smaller double. My room I’ll be vacating has a double bed in the room which you’re welcome to use.

Requirements for moving in.

- Single occupant
- Permanently employed with a salary of £24,900+. If not you must be able to provide a guarantor who is permanently employed and earns £30,000+, has no adverse credit/CCJs, currently resides in the UK and has done so continuously for 2+ years (these figures are calculated on the assumption that the cost of rent will be split 50/50 between Scott and your replacement tenant)
