Cosy Riverside Room with En-Suite and Parking

Room Available in gated City Centre location right on the canal! It comes with its own private bathroom (including bath), and a parking space. The complex is gated and has 24 hour security so super safe which is amazing. Theres also a cat called Bob who lives at concierge who is somewhat of a local celebrity x

It’s a really lovely cosy flat as you can hopefully see from the pictures. I’ll list all the relevant info below:

- Rent £600pm (bills come out around £150 each, although water rates are free for the whole building)
- Balcony overlooking river
- Gated Parking Space
- Tescos, Sainsbury’s and Nisa all across the road, Aldi is a 20 minutes walk away
- 24hr Security (who are actually good)
- No overhead lights other than the bathrooms and hallway, bedrooms and lounge all have lamps hardwired in and controlled at the mains which is cool if you hate overhead lighting like myself haha

As for myself I’m 29, work in a workshop in the City Centre and am retraining in Furniture Making. I’m interested ofc in all things design, music and getting outside on my bike

Move in date is 28th November although references need to be in by 28th October so pretty soon! If you want to meet for a chat or come look at the flat just drop me a message and we can arrange a time as soon as possible :)
