Double EnSuite Room in Penthouse w Rooftop Terrace

Hey there! I'm looking for a female to take over my current flatmate in this rental flat. Here’s the deal:
✨ The Flat:
- Only 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre
- Very close to the Leeds Docks - a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, Tesco
- Top-floor flat on the 10th floor with high ceilings
- Two bed, 2 bath so we both get our own space
- A large shared kitchen area, and a living room upstairs
- A huge closet storage area with a washing machine downstairs
(I’ve also got my office desk set upstairs, where I study and sometimes work from home)

✨ Your room:
- Your room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a double wardrobe (just like in the pics)
- Your room has its own ensuite bathroom (I’m waiting for my current flatmate to send me pictures of the room and bathroom)

🌿 Bonus:
The flat has a huge rooftop terrace, which is my absolute favourite part of the place. You'll find me there most of the time.

✨ About Me:
- I'm 24 and a 3rd year PhD student
- I work 9-5 but sometimes I work from home
- Very clean and tidy
- I love cooking and baking
- I'm a plant mom and I enjoy gardening on the terrace
- Wine drinker 🍷

What I’m Looking For:
