Hey there! I'm looking for a female to take over my current flatmate in this rental flat. Here’s the deal:
✨ The Flat:
- Only 10-15 minutes walk to the city centre
- Very close to the Leeds Docks - a lot of restaurants, coffee shops, Tesco
- Designed parking spot (no extra fees)
- Top-floor flat on the 10th floor with high ceilings
- Two bed, 2 bath so we both get our own space
- A large shared kitchen area, and a living room upstairs
- Big closet storage area with a washing machine downstairs
- Desk if you need

✨ Your room:
- Your room comes with a double bed, chest of drawers, and a double wardrobe (just like in the pics)
- Your room has its own ensuite bathroom
- Floor to ceiling window

🌿 Bonus:
The flat has a huge private rooftop terrace, which is my absolute favourite part of the place. You'll find me there most of the time.

✨ About Me:
- I'm 24 and a 3rd year PhD student in Biomedical Science
- I work 9-5 but sometimes I work from home, however I will be at university most of the time starting January, including weekends ☹️but.. one year to go!)
- Very clean and tidy
- I love cooking and baking, going to the gym, coffee shops
- I'm a plant mom and I enjoy gardening on the terrace in the summer to make it more enjoyable
- I travel quite a lot

Who I’m Looking For:

About the contract:
- Flat rented through an agency
- One year contract and thereafter from month to month (2 months notice)

The bills:
- WiFi -17£ ppm (per person)
- electricity - ~30£ ppm (can be higher in winter)
- water - every three months, around ~50 pp
- Council tax: Band E ( I am a full time student, so if you’re a professional, this will be your responsibility, however, you can get 25% discount, postcode: LS98BS)
