Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’m moving to London for work!
It’s a gorgeous house with loads of space in such a good location. We’re in a quiet road right by the LGI hospital so only 10 minute walk to town. You would be sharing with 3 other female young professionals who are all lovely girls aged 25. They all work 9-5 jobs and enjoy relaxing on the sofa together in evenings, planning things for the weekends but equally respect each others space and like to keep the house tidy. We are looking for someone who would like to make friends and fit into that dynamic.
The bedroom is a large double room with plenty of storage and built in desk. It gets so much natural light in the day, I’m honestly sad to be leaving it.
The kitchen also has loads of storage space and dishwasher and there’s a washer/ drying room downstairs with an extra fridge/freezer which we use for spare storage too. There are 2 bathrooms and also an extra living room in the basement.
The tenancy would be 10 months starting from 13/11/25 with the option to extend at the end. Bills including gas, electric, Wi-Fi, council tax and even tv license are included in the rent cost.
