White Rose View Spare Room

We are looking fora female first year student at University at Leeds at White Rose View Block A. It is about a 10 minute walk from uni campus and another 10 minutes the other way to city centre. There are three other girls living here, sharing a kitchen and living room. The rooms have a small double bed and an en suite that is actually a bathroom and not a wet room. It is a very modern and clean accommodation, where no issues have been encountered so far. It is available as soon as possible for you, and the move out date is in mid June. Once you have decided to move here, I will sort the contract with the accommodation and you can replace me as a tenant. There is also a common room for everyone in the building with pool, tennis, TV and board games - there is also a gym in the building and a cinema room as well as a laundry room and quiet study spaces.
