Sociable professional flatshare, Leeds city centre

Hey! My current flatmate Ryan is moving home in January, so I’m looking for someone new to either take his room or find a new place together (the bar is set high).

I work in sales and marketing, usually out and about but I like coming home to a friendly, social vibe. I’m a big believer that housemates should be mates, so ideally looking for someone sociable, tidy, and up for a drink now and then - but who also appreciates a clean and relaxed home.

The flat’s on Dock Street, right in Leeds city centre - close to everything but still quiet and peaceful. It’s a lovely, modern and spacious two-bed, with both rooms having en-suites. I’d happily stay here if it works for both of us, but I’m also open to finding somewhere new together if that’s a better fit.
