Flatmate wanted!! Leeds city centre, £400pcm

Heya!!

I’m looking for someone to take my flatmate’s room in our lovely 2-bed flat right by the Leeds Docks. He's going travelling at the end of Jan so I'm looking for someone to take on his end of the tenancy from then. It’s a super homely place with a south-facing balcony overlooking the river.

The flat’s in a great location — about a 5–10 minute walk to the city centre through the calls (very pretty).

You’ll be sharing with one other (me!) in a friendly, relaxed home. The room itself is the smaller of the two, which is reflected in the rent.

Rent: £400 pcm (total £950)
Council Tax: £114
Internet: £35
Water & Electric: around £70

About me:

23 year old professional working in tech between Leeds and Halifax.

I know a few people in Leeds but not many! So looking to live with someone in their early-mid 20s (male or female) who doesn't mind hanging out.

I enjoy going out (especially if the weather's nice) but also enjoy chill nights in, I'd like to think I'm pretty easy going.

I enjoy the gym, sports and reading. And when the weather's nice I try to get out as much as I can :)
