This room is being let as one flatmate had signed the contract but decided to back out due to finding another place, the other 3 rooms will be let by the landlord, so there may or might a fixed housemate group depending on your group.

It is a 4 BED 3 BATH house very close the the UNIVERSITY OF LEEDS, especially good for groups doing a medical course as it is close to the Worsley building. so if you are in a GROUP OF 4 still do let me know, as one of you will just have to take the one room off of my friend but everyone else must go through landlord.
