Tenancy Takeover

A bright, fully furnished room will be available from 1 January in a friendly shared house in Leeds. I’m currently 3 months into a 6-month tenancy, so the new tenant would take over the remaining 3 months, with the option to discuss extensions with the landlord afterward. The house is well-maintained, with a shared kitchen, living space and bathrooms, and is home to a mix of students (including postgrads) and young professionals.
