The Building:
The Brewery Wharf Development has both gated access (via fob entry) into the private courtyard (accessed from both street and riverside levels) and a secondary entry into the building itself - very secure. There are on-site concierge and the common areas are cleaned regularly. There is an on-site gym with sauna, available for a one-off fee. The building is centrally located and is within 10mins walk of both Leeds Trinity (which can be seen from the roof terrace) and Leeds Train Station.
