Rent: £450 per month excluding bills (depends on usage)

Looking for a clean, responsible tenant to take over smoothly from mid-January.
Two bus stops nearby 2 mins and 6 mins by walk respectively and city centre’s just 20 mins walk away. Aldi is just 2 mins walk away with many other local stores around.
