Looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I am moving out of the UK. Nice en-suite bedroom in a shared flat near the University of Leeds.
The flat is on the third floor of a terrace house, and the room comes furnished with a double bed (with under the bed storage), desk, chest of drawers, and two bedside drawers. There is also a small built-in closet that can double as storage space. The toilet has a heated towel rack. Really nice big windows as well. Broadband included.
As I'm leaving the UK, I'm also happy to give away some additional furniture items (metal storage rack, pile rug, towel rack, coat rack etc.) and small household appliances.
The kitchen and dining area is shared with other flatmates (6 rooms total in the flat). One full-size fridge and freezer, one mini fridge, microwave, oven, dishwasher.
Location is great. Right next to the University of Leeds campus and a short walk (~5-10 mins) from The Edge gym. Closest Tesco is about 5 mins away, and Morrisons at Merrion Centre is about ~10-15 minutes away.
Photos of the room were taken from the room viewing video shared with me by the agency; I'm happy to share the video if needed. I've also re-arranged the furniture slightly so do feel free to drop a message and ask for photos. Happy to show the room in-person as well.
Rent is £520/month (bills not included) and room is available from 1 February 2026 to 30 June 2026.
