Hi, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this 1 bedroom flat (due to a relocation for work). The tenancy is fixed term until 30th June 2026 (but there is the possibility for this can be renewed for a further year if wanted) and could be available from as soon as possible.

• The flat is fully furnished so easy to move straight into.
• Parking permit is available at no extra cost and easy to apply for via the council website.
• Other flats within the building are rented by professionals so there are minimal disruptions.
• High speed WiFi which is great for working from home.

• Divan base and mattress (recently replaced in January 2026)

Monthly rent is £1025 with all- inclusive bills (excluding council tax, if applicable). Council tax is band A (~£75 with single person discount, £100 without).
