I'm preferably seeking another professional to move in from February 2026. The tenancy is due to start on 22nd February, however this can be brought forward if required.
The apartment consists of two bedrooms with en suites, a hallway area with a storage cupboard and washing machine, and an open plan kitchen / living area, with 2 fridges, a dishwasher and 4 ring electric hobs. There is also a private balcony overlooking the river and canal. The apartment is fully furnished. There is a reception and a full concierge service provided 12 hours a day 7 days a week, including secure collection and storage of packages / post.
