Stunning Leeds Dock Flat

I’m offering a room in my Leeds Dock flat. I spend most of my time down in London, you’ll enjoy a lot of peace, quiet, and extra space.

Central: Just a 10-minute stroll into the city centre.

Everything on your doorstep: Right by the Royal Armouries, with great cafes, bars, a Tesco Express, and even a free library nearby.

The Room: The price listed is for the smaller double room (cosy and quiet!). However, if you have your heart set on the room with the balcony, I’m open to discussing that for a slightly different rate.

Ideally looking for a tidy, reliable professional. Since I’m selling the property eventually, I’m looking for someone who appreciates a great deal and doesn't mind the occasional viewing with plenty of notice.
