Modern Ensuite Double Bedroom in Leeds City Centre

Hey! My flatmate is moving out at the end of March, so I’m looking for someone easygoing and friendly to take over the other room.

The rent averages around £600 per month, but with the new contract, it is likely to be closer to £650 excluding bills, just to be upfront.

The flat is genuinely great. It is really nicely done and amazing for the location. It is right by the Leeds Arena (First Direct Arena) and only a 3-minute walk to the city centre, so everything is super close.

The room is a good size and is an ensuite. The basic bedroom furniture (bed and wardrobes) will stay, and the living room (with a large open kitchen) will be largely the same. There is also plenty of storage around the flat, which is always handy.

A bit about me. I am a 32-year-old research professional working at the Uni of Leeds. I am friendly and sociable, happy to chat or hang out, but also respectful of personal space. Ideally looking for someone similar who is clean, relaxed and easy to live with.
