Double Room in Spacious City Centre

Double Room available from March 2026 to replace existing flatmate who is in the process of buying a property and will be moving out when it completes.

Looking for a fun, easy going young professional to move in. The property came unfurnished but I’ve provided, furniture as per pictures which will remain. I also have kitchenware, (pans/plates/cutlerly/glasses etc) kettle, microwave, airfryer, nespresso, vacuum cleaner, iron & board etc already here happy to share use of. The kitchen also has dishwasher and washer/dryer.

The room has a double bed, bedside table and drawers and wall mounted tv which my current flatmate is open to offers on if required or can be removed. The room has a seperate double rail wardrobe and primary use of the house bathroom.

I’m a regional account manager working on the road 3 days and from home 2 days a week. I tend to spend alternate weekends in Leeds.

The apartment has 2 tandem car parking spaces (one blocks the other in) the building has a lift and 24/7 concierge

I’m looking for a fun, respectful young professional to share the space with, I enjoy nice meals out, socialising, going to gigs/concerts, board & video games, a good sense of humour and easy going natured. Will keep communal spaces clean and tidy.

Bills - to be split evenly are approximately per month

Electric - £150
Council Tax - £230
Water - £30
