The Dynamic: I work away from home and therefore stay at the flat on some weekends only and the odd week throughout the year, usually with my partner and our dog. Most of the time, you’ll have the entire place to yourself, offering the privacy of a solo apartment with the price tag of a flatshare.

- 10-minute walk to the Northern Ballet & Cultural Quarter.

Who We Are Looking For:
- A working professional who is tidy and respectful, and will look after my flat as if it were their own.
- Someone looking for a long-term, stable home.
- Dog Friendly. We have a cuddly, friendly but at times bouncy German Shepherd who will at times be with me in the flat. For this reason I cannot accept anyone with pets of their own.
- No couples. Very happy for you to have a guests around overnight on occasion though.
