Looking for roommate

Rent - £500 per person
Bills - They all usually come up to around £200 per person per month (Inc. internet, council tax, electricity, water)
Total - £700 per month I’d say

It’s a two bedroom flat and you’ll have your own bathroom to yourself as my room is an ensuite so the only thing we will share is the kitchen and living room :D

Flat is in great location just at the edge of city centre and it’s only a short walking distance into the heart of the city centre (around 20 mins for me), about 15 mins from the bus station/train station and 10 mins from the leeds canal. There’s also a tesco 15 mins away, Nisa Local 10 mins away and a Morrisons about 25 mins away, all walking distance. It is also surrounded by a decent amount of greenery and there’s a park close by if you like walks, enjoy running, skating and things like that.
There’s also a few gyms around too and a lical corner store about 5 mins away.

I am looking for a tidy and easygoing flatmate who is respectful of shared spaces, privacy and generally prefers a quiet and calm environment.

While I generally prefer to keep to myself, I’m also quite easygoing and would be down to cook together, a movie/games night or hang out if we have any shared interests. I enjoy music, art, gaming and fashion, among other things so I am happy to do things together if interests align!
