Hi, I am moving to London due to changes in job requirements and need a female professional to replace my tenancy. The apartment is a new build, 15 mins walk from Leeds train station.
The building also has a gym, concierge and lounge for work from home.
The room is furnished with wardrobe, double bed, side tables and a chest of drawers. You will have your own ensuite washroom. Kitchen and living room area is shared and the apartment also has a balcony with city views.
You will be sharing the apartment with my lovely flatmate. She is 26 yrs old and works from home full-time.
