Flatmate needed in Blenheim!

Looking for a flatmate for a spacious 3-person, 2-bathroom property on Blenheim Terrace, just opposite the Uni of Leeds campus - utilities and council tax are included; there's a bus stop direct to the city center nearby, alongside a Tesco and several cafes/restaurants in the block.

Me and my partner were moving in with a close friend, but for personal reasons she can't return to uni next year :(. We're both music students, who are into video games, movies, and all things creative!
Both of us are trans, so are looking for a flatmate who is accepting of this :) We're also relatively introverted, so if you're looking for a calmer flat then this will be one for you

Open to students from any university, but I need to check if non-students are allowed as tenants by the landlord
