Looking for a new flatmate to take over a double room with a private ensuite in a 2-bed, 2-bath flat in Leeds city centre.

The room will be available from July (move-in date is flexible) as my current flatmate is moving out to get his own place.

• Chill landlord who is easy to deal with and sorts stuff out quickly

• 10 second walk to bus station, 10 min walk to train station

ABOUT ME

I'm Julia, 26. I'm clean, tidy and sociable, and enjoy pubs, gigs, stand-up comedy, jamming, travelling and learning languages. I work in video games and work remotely Mon-Fri (9-5ish) from a desk in the living room, so ideally I'm looking for someone who doesn't work from home full-time. I tend to be out the house most evenings (always welcome to join!)
