Leeds Dock Double Room Ensuite

Hey, I'm Suyog. My flatmate is moving out at the beginning of August and so am looking for someone new to share the flat with.

I am looking to share with someone who is easy going, respectful, clean and ideally a professional.

The flat is a 2-bed, 2-bathroom apartment located in the Leeds Docks.

- The room is a good size with plenty of room for a double bed and has an ensuite bathroom.
- The room will be unfurnished as all the furniture is my current flatmates, however they would be up for potentially selling some of it.
- There is a sizable balcony that overlooks the city centre.
- The kitchen is fully fitted with a washing dryer, dishwasher and larger fridge freezer and plenty of cupboard space.
- There is no on site allocated parking but if you really need one you can buy a season pass for the CitiPark around the corner for roughly £100 a month.
- There are shops and restaurants within the Docks themselves and its only a 15-20 minute walk to the city centre.

Rent is £685 without bills but water is included.
Deposit is £807.5

Room at the latest should be available from the 2nd August but I can try to discuss an earlier date with my flatmate if required, as they need to move out first.

I work as a design engineer in a hybrid role so I will be working from home some days but I have no preference whether you are remote or office based. My usual pastimes are cooking and going to the gym but I also really enjoy just chatting and learning about other people's thoughts and interests. I am up for hanging out from time to time but also understand if you just want privacy.
