My flatmate is moving out in September and I am looking for a replacement. A little about me, I recently graduated from the University of Leeds. I do freelancing so I'm home a lot, which is something to bear in mind if you also wfh.
I'm looking for a friendly, considerate individual to share a living space with. The flat has a washing machine, dishwasher, bathtub and an outdoor patio residents can use. It's 5 minutes away from Leeds Bus Station and about 10 from the train station.
No offence to guys but I'd prefer to live with another girl and someone who is looking for a friend as well as roommate. Please tell me a little about yourself and if you'd like a viewing!
