I’m looking for a new flatmate as mine is leaving the UK at the end of Sept.
I live in LS1 (council tax band D) a 5 min walk from Leeds train station in an apartment building with security, reception and grocery stores/cafe’s super close by.
The flat is a spacious 2 bedroom with 2 bathrooms and a balcony as well as spacious kitchen and living room
Rent is £625 per month (excluding bills) and can range between £675 - £900 with bills (most months around £750 total)
I am 24 and a working professional and would be looking for someone similar age who is friendly, clean and tidy, respectful and easy to live with who I can potentially be friends with as well:)
Please reach out if you are looking for somewhere to move in Oct in city centre and would be open to grabbing a coffee to see if this would be a suitable move
