ABOUT ME

I work at a University and work from home three days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, salsa dancing, travelling, going to the cinema and spending time with friends. Home is my place to relax and recharge, and I love unwinding after work by watching TV. It would be nice to live with someone who's up for grabbing dinner, going for drinks, or heading to the cinema every now and then, while still respecting each other's space.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR

This home is best suited to a working professional with a typical 9–5 who enjoys coming back to a quiet, peaceful space to relax and unwind. It’s ideal for someone who appreciates a neat and organised environment and who values their own personal space, prefers a low‑key lifestyle, and doesn’t have frequent guests or overnight visitors.

Ideally, you'll be:
• Clean, tidy and hygienic, and proactive with general household cleaning including cleaning up after yourself after cooking, sweeping, mopping, dusting, taking the bins down and keeping bin liners stocked
• Respectful of shared spaces and happy to maintain a tidy, minimalist, clutter-free home
• Mindful of energy and household usage - (switching off lights and appliances when not in use and being sensible with heating and washing machine use)
• Reliable when it comes to paying bills on time
• Quiet, considerate, easy-going, and someone who values honest and transparent communication
• Kind, genuine and has a generous personality
