The flat comes with a fully furnished kitchen, including a microwave, cooker, dishwasher and washing machine.

A little about me – I work at a university and work from home three days a week. Outside of work, I enjoy going to the gym, salsa dancing, travelling, watching movies and spending time with friends. I enjoy socialising from time to time, but I also value my own space. Home is my place to relax and recharge, and I love unwinding after work by watching TV.

I'm looking for someone who is:

* Clean, tidy and proactive with household chores
* Respectful of shared spaces and happy to keep the flat clutter-free
* Reliable with paying bills on time
* Kind, easy-going and values open communication

It's a quiet home rather than a party house, so I'm looking for someone who values a peaceful, respectful living environment.

*Rent: £600 per month each (£1,200 total for the apartment) under a joint tenancy agreement.
