Housemate wanted - Leeds city centre

Hey I am looking for somebody to take over my flat mates tenancy at the end of November as she is going travelling.

We currently live in Leeds city centre on Wellington Street, the flat is a 2 minute walk from the train station, 1 minute walk from Wellington Place, and 3 minute walk to Trinity shopping centre.

Rent is 600 p/m and with bills atm comes to 820 p/m (this will fluctuate depending on energy usage). The flat comes with a parking space included in the rent, has a large living room/open space, balcony, and 2 large rooms with en-suites.

For context: I’m 24 and I work in HR and work from home 3 days a week. I’m sociable but also enjoy my own space as I’m currently completing my masters. Please message me if you’re interested! Xxx
