Excellent location beside the Merrion Centre and Arena Quarter, around a 10-minute walk from the University of Leeds and within walking distance of Leeds Beckett, the train station, supermarkets and the city centre.

This is a contract takeover, not a sublet. The agreement runs until 31 August 2027. YPP will handle the takeover, carry out their standard checks and issue the incoming tenant their own agreement. Move-in can be arranged as soon as required.
