Double room in city centre apartment

Hi. Looking for an easy going, tidy, non-smoker to rent a room in Leeds city centre, available from the 18th of February. My current flatmate is moving to London and I have decided to sign a new contract until the end of September.

The flat is a five minute walk from the train station yet in a reasonably quiet area, ideal for anyone who works in town. It is fully furnished with a balcony, good view, dishwasher, and washing machine. The room has a double bed and an en-suite bathroom.

All bills are included to keep things simple; council tax, electricity, water, broadband, and TV license. Be aware that there is no parking space with the property so any drivers would need to arrange one separately.

I work typical hours and can be something of a night owl, write software for a living, and tend to watch news shows on TV. If you are interested in the room then please reply with a bit about yourself.
