I am looking for a flatmate for my newly furnished apartment at the Echo Central 2 building 10 minutes from the City Centre, near Roberts Wharf.

The flat has just been furnished with brand new furniture, beds mattresses everything.

Sleek and modern the flat is only 3 years old, huge balcony, on the fourth floor.

I am looking for a considerate flatmate who works full time so understands the need for space and looking after the property but also someone who I can chill out with after work in front of some rubbish TV!

The apartment consists of open plan living/dining/kitchen, huge balcony, the 2 bedrooms and a large bathroom, with shower and bath.

Rent is £500 INCLUDING all bills (council tax, water, gas & electric). You can rest easy knowing how much is going out of your account each month!
