En suite double room in an amazing city centre fla

Hi,

My current flat mate is moving out so her lovely double room with en suite is becoming available. The flat is very central in leeds, just 5mins from the station and town. The flat is lovely, it was all re-done and lots of the furnishing were new when we moved in 12 months ago. It has a balcony with a great view over the city and is a good sun trap in the summer.

I'm a fun, sociable, tidy, professional who enjoys playing netball, going out for a few drinks as well as nights in with a takeaway and a good movie. I do also like some quiet time so it would be nice to have a like minded flatmate to share with.

The room is available on 26th sept. we may be able to be flexible on the date. Bills aren't included, they are approximately £100 a month. If your interested in arranging a viewing let me know.
