The location is really good, it’s not right in the centre so it’s very quiet but you can walk in to the centre in 15mins.
The flat is very modern with built in white goods, there is a balcony and on site gym which you can sign up to for £45. I’ve got wifi and all bills are included in the rent. I have the most basic television you can get but I do have good chat and the view is great (you can see the sun rise out of one window and the sun set out of the other)! It is a shared bathroom.
The room is ready to be occupied now.
Parking isn't included but you can hire a space for £60 a month.
