I want to rent out 1 single bedroom in a lovely house in Leeds City Centre – 9A Archery street LS2. It’s close located to Metropolitan and Leeds university, and ARENA, 15 min from the center shopping and clubs area, Trinity Trade Centre, the big markets (Morison, Tesco) and the train station.

It's a nice room perfect for one person on the third floor of the house with a double bed, wardrobe, desk with chair and shelves. The rent is 300 pounds per month and ALL THE BILLS ARE INCLUDED (water, electricity, sky TV license). No AGENCY fees! When you sign the contract you pay 1 rent (337 pounds) + 1 deposit (337 pounds). When you leave the room you get your deposit back.

You will live with very friendly, kind and respectful housemates and you will share the kitchen, TV area and 2 bathrooms with them. The house is fully furnished: microwave, cooker, fridge with freezer, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, TV and DVD.
No couples, no smokers!!!
