Double Room to Rent in Modern City Centre Flat

I have a small double room to rent in my flat in Candle House (Granary Wharf, city centre). I own the flat and previously let the room to a friend who has now moved in with her partner, so I'm looking for a new roomie! The building is less than a 5 minute walk from Leeds train station, and has a great variety of bars and restaurants on the doorstep.

The flat is spacious with a very modern kitchen and bathroom and is fully furnished (including very comfy sofa, 50 inch telly etc.). Shared bathroom, balcony, access to roof terrace.

The room itself currently has a double bed and a desk (no storage but I can provide this), a large floor-to-ceiling window and black out blinds.

I like to relax after work in an evening so I want someone who is fairly quiet during the week. I like to socialise at weekends, but only go crazy occasionally! It would be great to have a flatmate to interact with and share the occasional bottle of wine with.

I also own 2 bunny rabbits - they are in a pen most of the time but I left them out when I'm at home in the evenings. They are very clean, litter trained and don't smell at all. And they love a cuddle!
